Shipping and returns policy

NOTICE: We are temporaily out of the grey & Black tape for the planes. We are trying to find a source for this color. We will get rid of this message as soon as we get some in stock

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHANGE
"We have all felt the crunch of gas prices. Shipping for the kits have gone up. The new policy is that we will ship them per plane price. Hopefully, soon, the prices will start to drop"

~~Shipping is $15.00 for the first kit - add $10.00 for each additional kit~~

International orders will incur additional shipping based on USPS rates and location.

Disregard shipping cost on final check out as we use the shipping rule stated above -

parts and small orders are generally $12.00 for ground UPS

Sorry to say but we just can't run a credit card order for $4.00 worth of goods - fixed card processing costs are making it prohibitive to charge amounts much less than $20

Refunds gladly given on any product or kit if it is unused and in original packaging. No returns on kits that have been partially built or come back damaged and not suitable for resale. Refund will not exceed the purchase price.

Canadian or International orders are figured individually and priced out at cost of freight and insurance plus handling charge. We will confirm freight charges via E-mail if they are significant.
